At Makera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Makera account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
